I have experience with Hostinger and Bluehost. The only bad thing I can say about Hostinger is that there support chat usually takes about an hour to answer. But I would not recommend Bluehost at all. I am a web designer and recently a client decided to use Bluehost. So far I have had problems with their staging area (had to delete to fix), the client’s original website that I fixed worked okay on Hostinger but not on Bluehost – still can’t work out why (I contacted their support), today I wanted to look at the performance of my site on Bluehost’s dashboard, it didn’t work. Contacted their support who say they are aware of the problem but not sure when it will be fixed, while chatting to them noticed the backups wouldn’t work. Backups had sent a message to its own inbox that said my account had been suspended and to contact the hosting service. Deleted old backups and trying to reset account at the moment. And I hve the exact same website running on Bluehost that I have running on Hostinger (my hosting service) and it is much slower on Bluehost. One good thing about Bluehost is you get almost immediate chat support – but you definitely seem to need it. And there have been a few other problems.
